Insomnia = Me !



Assalamualaikum lovelies...


Insomnia.. Okay.. everybody know this word aite? For those who don't know what the meaning of this word.. lemme tell you guys.. Insomnia is some kind of trouble falling asleep or staying asleep through the night.. Get it? good....


So ape kena mengena story pasal insomnia tengah2 hari plak kan? motif?.. Ok fyi.. I'm not slept at all last night till now.. Wohoo....I don't know why I'm so energetic and very hyperactive lately.. But maybe I've this problem because of my habits..kootttt...



Poor sleep or lifestyle habits that may cause insomnia or make it worse.. so what is the factors of it? 

  

Going to bed at different times each night
  • Yeah, as a students.. we have a lot of assignments, submissions, exams and so on.. Put simply, we can't have a particular time to go to sleep.. Lagi-lagi kalau time besok ade submission, malam tu lah baru nak terhegeh2 nak siapkan... Like me, I'm a last minute person (jangan tiru okay).. So memang pulun habis la satu malam duk siapkan assignment.. itulah yang menjadikan saya seorang insomnia tegar... Sigh*                                                                         
  
Daytime napping
  • This is soooo true... Ok dah bila kau pulun satu malam buat kerja, and then lepas submit assignment mesti rasa lega kan..? perkara yang pertama yang terlintas dalam kepala otak.. nak take a nap.. konon nak tito kejap la.. hilang tension+letih+ngantok... Lepas tu tak sedar kul 12 mlm baru terjaga..(solat semua lebur tak payah cakap lah) .. tu pon terjaga sebab lapar..kannnn?? And then, kau orang akan berjaga lagi sampai pagi....and so on, so on and so on...

Poor sleeping environment, such as too much noise or light
  •  This is the crucial part for me.. When I'm going to sleep, I just want my bed look extremely yummy and smell good.. I do have it, but the problem is sometime you know, the Uni live.. People here always shouting, nagging, and sometime laugh out loud in the middle of the night.. It's normal, but this can also disturbing your sleep. 

Not getting enough exercise
  • haha.. Since I'm not active in the sport anymore, I didn't do exercise.. To be honest, I memang dah tak exercise dah sekarang.. Oh! rindu nak jogging.. tapi kemalasan melanda diri.. Ok..saya akan mula jogging tiap-tiap petang...

Using the television, computer, or smart-phone in bed
  • This is another factor.. sometime I sleep with my earphone.. Konon tidur sambil dgr lagu baru ade feel.. but guys, this is not good for your health ok... Sebab tidur yang berkualiti dapat menjamin kesihatan yang baik.. Trust me! 


What i like to say here, kite masih muda.. sila jage kesihatan.. Sebenarnya saya tengah berusaha untuk ubah jadual saya.. I know that I'm not well organized.. I must have a very good schedule in order to refrain myself from this so called insomnia.. Sebab ramai antara kawan-kawan or peoples out there yang umor baru 20-an, dah dapat penyakit yang kronik-kronik.. saya tak nak la jadi macam tu.. 



Yes! bila balik cuti kat rumah nie.. mesti dapat ubah jadual tidur saya.. sebab utamanya adalah....I have a great super mom! Love Love Love...



Ok.. Doakan my journey to home tonight ya.. Sintok ----> Melaka.. tidur puas2 dalam bas.. chow...;)
